(included : extensive use of Laticrete waterproofing product over cementitious sheathing, joint sealant, shop drawings, engineered attachments, imported stone from England (Burlington Slate) and Mexico (Adoquin Sandstone), over 50,000 man hours of labor.)

SCOPE: 18,000 sft slate exterior adhered veneer and interior lobby flooring and base. (included : signage feature, waterproofing, joint sealant, shop drawings and scaffolding supply)

SCOPE: 20,000 sft 1-1/4" thick granite flooring, walls, base, soffits (curved), vanities and stair treads.
